Sweet corn relish is made from ingredients grown right here on our farm including sweet corn, bell peppers, onions, and garlic. They are then cooked down and mixed with spices for a delish summer side dish. Sweet corn relish is also wonderful on salmon burgers, mixed in pasta salad, or piled on a grilled hotdog!
